摘  要:目的探讨强脉冲光照射对皮肤成纤维细胞胶原代谢的影响。方法利用包皮环切术切除的包皮组织,体外分离、培养原代成纤维细胞。培养细胞分为照射组和非照射组(对照组)(n=10)。前者采用波长590~1200nm,能量密度为29J/cm^2的强脉冲光照射。于照射后不同时间段,采用^3H-脯氨酸掺人法分别两组细胞胶原合成情况。结果照射组成纤维细胞经强脉冲光照射12、24和48h后,其胶原合成明显较对照组增加(P〈0.01),分别为2019±279US1500±260、4299±781US2064±222和5765±459 US 2434±297。结论强脉冲光能促进成纤维细胞胶原合成活性。To investigate the effects of intense pulsed light (IPL) on the collagen metabolism in human fibroblasts. Methods The callan foreskin fibroblasts were cultured and treated with different wave length and designed dose of IPL irradiation (590 - 1 200 rim, and 29 J/cm^2 ) , while 10 without IPL irradiation as controls. By culturing 1, 12, 24 and 48 h after the irradiation, the synthesis of collagen was measured by ^3H-proline incorporation determination. Results The synthesis of collagen activity increased significantly (P 〈0.01) in fibroblasts 12, 24 and 48 h after IPL irradiation in comparison with control: 2 019 ± 279 vs 1 500 ± 260, 4 299 ± 781 vs 2 064 ± 222, and 5 765 ± 459 vs 2 434 ± 297. Conclusion IPL irradiation can induce the synthesis of collagen in cultured primary fibroblasts.
