摘  要:辽宁省分县指导预报评定检验系统是根据业务工作需要,以"辽宁省气象台中短期指导预报天气预报质量检验办法"为评分标准,使用VB语言为工具,应用分县指导预报及每日实况等基础资料开发研制的。系统实现了54个县站24—168 h的降水、温度等指导预报产品以及实况资料的自动入库、评定功能;建立了辽宁省指导预报评分统计平台,实现了对全省中短期指导预报产品按不同的预报项目、预报时段和预报区域的评定检验功能,基本实现了指导预报评分的标准统一化、操作简单化、报表规范化及评分自动化。通过对指导产品分站、分区和分时效的预报结果检验,可找出天气预报的薄弱环节,提高指导预报的水平,为各级台站提供具有一定可信度的指导预报产品具有重要的意义,有利于提高指导预报准确率及各市县级台站对指导预报的有效使用及评价。In terms of guidance forecast for each county and daily real data, the quality control system of guidance forecast for each county in Liaoning province was developed with Visual Basic language in order to improve the operational level. The system could add automatically the real data and forecast products such as 24-168 h precip-itation and temperature in 54 stations to the database, and it was of assessment function. At the same time, the graded statistic platform for the guidance forecast was established, which could assess and check the short period and middle period forecast products according to different items, forecast periods or forecast regions. The weakness of weather forecast could be founded by checking the forecast results, which would improve the accuracy of weath- er forecast. And it was important to provide the better guidance products for the different levels stations and to im- prove the accuracy of guidance forecast and efficient use as well as assessment for county and city stations.
