摘  要:通过恒电流实验研究了高纯铝箔在混合酸溶液中不同腐蚀时间时的试样表面形貌,探讨了蚀孔的引发和生长过程.对腐蚀区和未腐蚀区进行EDAX微量元素分析,初步提出蚀孔的引发和生长控制模型。The high purity aluminum foils are galvanostatically etched in an aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, sodium dichromate and hydrofluoric acid. The morphology of the foil surface within different etching time observed by SEM shows that the etchpits are in a cluster during the first thirty seconds and then uniformly distributed over subsequent thirty seconds. The elements detected by EDAX reveal that the content of Cu, Fe and Cr in etched region is obviously greater than that in an unetched region where the Cu and Fe are segregated from the foils as the impurity and the Cr is induced from forming conversion coating. The conversion coating controlled model for initiation and growth of etchpits is proposed.
