摘　　要：通过对四川省乡镇农村人口的调查,分析了农村人口素质与人均收入状况的相关性,提出了开发农村人力资源与增加农民收入的对策。With the investigation into the farmers in villages and towns in Sichuan Province, this article analyzes the relativity between the essential-quality of farmers and the average income earned by them, and offers some suggestions on the development of human resourse and the ways of increasing farmers＇ income.
