构建四川农民增收长效机制的探讨

摘　　要：增加农民收入的关键措施是建立起稳定的农民增收长效机制。本文在分析四川省农民收入增长规律的基础上,构建了四川农民增收长效机制:领导机制、科技支撑机制、投入机制、带动机制和人力资源开发机制。The key of raising farmer＇s income is to establish the stable long-term mechanism of raising income. The paper, based on the analysis of rule of farmer＇s income enhancement, establishes the mechanism of raising income, which includes six concrete mechanisms： leader mechanism, sci - technology support mechanism, investment mechanism, driving mechanism, self - development mechanism and human resource development mechanism.
