黄羽肉鸡大肠杆菌的分离鉴定和多价灭活苗的免疫效果

摘　　要：从患呼吸道病的黄羽肉鸡病料中分离到大肠杆菌,经血清学鉴定为O78血清型.选取10株菌种制备油佐剂灭活疫苗.安全试验结果证实,该疫苗对18日龄黄羽肉鸡安全.采用0.5 mL该疫苗免疫21日龄肉仔鸡(经颈背部皮下接种),定期采血检测,结果表明抗体滴度较高.区域试验结果表明,该疫苗对大肠杆菌感染鸡具有良好的免疫作用.The result of serology identification showed E. coli isolated from yellow-feather chickens which suffered from respiratory disease was 07s. Ten strains were chosen to make the oil-adjuvant inactivated vaccines. Safety test confirmed that this kind of oil- adjuvant multi-inactivated vaccine was safe to 18-day-old yellow-feather chicken. The result of blood tests of the 21-day-old chicken injected with 0.5 mL vaccine on their necks showed that the antibody content was high, and the regional experiment showed that this kind of oil-adjuvant multi-inactivated vaccine had good immunity effect on the chickens infected by E. coli.
