摘 要:研究了桑沟湾20 a中4个年度网采浮游植物多样性的年际变化,研究结果表明,2003-2004年度浮游植物物种数量较1983-1984年度明显减少;浮游植物α-多样性指数周年变化规律近乎"双峰"型,2003-2004年度α-多样性指数较1989-1990、1999-2000两年度均有明显降低(P<0.01),但跟1983-1984年度的相比降低程度不显著(P>0.05);空间β-多样性指数年变化趋向于"单峰"型,且4个年度的β-多样性指数值均无显著差异(P>0.05),只是年度平均值略有升高;1983-1984年度浮游植物多样性与生物量关系具有明显的规律性,即高多样性只发生在低生物量时,而且生物量高时多样性一定低,而其它3个年度未发现该规律;养殖区内外2站位的比较结果表明,扇贝养殖可一定程度地降低浮游植物α-多样性。The interannual variations in net-harvested phytoplankton diversity in the Sanggou Bay in the past 20 years are studied based on four annual biological surveys (1983-1984, 1989-1990, 1999-2000 and 2003-2004), and it is shown from the study results that the number of phytoplankton species during 2003 to 2004 is obviously less than that during 1983 to 1984; the annual variations in phytoplankton α diversity index show a bimodal distribution, the phytoplankton α diversity index during 2003 to 2004 is obviously less than those during 1989 to 1990 and 1999 to 2000(P〈0.01), but is insignificantly less than that during 1983 to 1984(P〉0.05) ; the annual variations in spatial β diversity index show a unimodal distribution, there is no significant difference between the four β diversity indexes during four annual periods (P〈 0.05), but the annual mean β diversity index slightly increases year by year; the relationship between phytoplankton diversity and biomass during 1983 to 1984 shows a significant regularity, that is, the high phytoplankton diversity occurred only when the phytoplankton biomass was low, and the high phytoplankton biomass occurred surely when the phytoplankton diversity was low, but the regularity was not found during the other three annual periods; it is shown from the comparison results for the phytoplankton diversities surveyed at two stations inside and outside the cultured area that scallop culture can reduce the phytoplankton α diversity to a certain degree.
