摘  要:目的:研究不同浓度氟对大鼠肝、肾功能及氧化应激的影响。方法:在饮水中加入不同剂量的氟化钠喂饲大鼠4个月后,检测血清内反映肝、肾功能的指标,测定血清、肝和肾的丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)活性。结果:与对照组比较,不同浓度的氟使大鼠血清、肝和肾的MDA含量逐渐升高,SOD、GR活性逐渐下降;但氟对大鼠的肝、肾功能的影响不明显。结论:慢性氟中毒可损伤机体的抗氧化功能,但对大鼠肝、肾功能的损害不明显。Objective: To study the effect of different dosages of fluoride on hepatic and nephric functions and oxidative stress of rats. Methods: Drinking water with various concentrations of sodium fluoride was given to rats for 4 months. And then, serum indexes reflecting hepatic and nephric func- tions were examined. The contents of maleic dialdehyde (MDA) and activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione reductase (GR) were measured. Results: Compared with those of control group, in rats of groups treated with different dosages of fluoride, the contents of MDA in serum, liver and kidney were higher, and the activities of SOD and GR were lower, but no obvious change of hepatic and nephric function was found. Conclusion:Chronic fluorosis may injur body anti-oxidization function, but will not injur hepatic or nephric function obviously.
