摘　　要：由于测量任务繁忙,部分工程项目分承包给其它有资质的测绘单位完成。随之而来的问题是如何对分承包项目进行质量管理,确保分承包项目的工程质量是一项新的课题。本文探讨对分承包项目进行质量控制行之有效的管理方法。　Because of task of measuring being busy,some projects are divided and contracted for other units of survey and drawing with qualification to finish.The following question is how to carry on quality control in dividing the project of contracting,it is a new subject to guarantee to divide the project quality of contracting the project.This paper probes into and carries on the effectual office procedure of quality control in dividing the project of contracting.
