摘　　要：秦观在贬谪郴州前后所写的《阮郎归四首》是其在那段时间中生活与精神面貌的真实写照,是他遭贬郴州时期思想感情的自然流露,其主要思想基调是:孤独、怨愁与思友,是对自己仕途坎坷的无比感伤与对政治前景的极端失望。the four poems of Yuan Lang Gui from Qin Guan is written around the time of his depreciation to Chenzhou. It is a true description of the poet＇s life and spirit of that period. It is a natural release of his mental state and feelings. The main tone of the poems is ： lonely, sad, resentful and missing to his friends. In these poems, the poet also expresses his pathos to his rough official career and his greatest disappointment to the political foreground.
