摘　　要：针对首钢精棒车间合金钢圆钢端部裂纹造成回切量大幅度增加的情况开展攻关，重点研究了大规格CrMo钢圆钢剪切后产生端裂的原因，提出了相关改进措施，并取得了显著的效果。To tackle the problem resulting from section flaw of large specs CrMo rod steel in ShouGang Rod and Bar Plant, some studies have been made. According to the studies, the cause of section flaw has been worked out, and improvement measures have been put forward.
