摘　　要：论述了实施6σ管理对企业的重大意义，阐明了6σ管理的一些基本概念、实施6σ组织形式及流程，对我国实施6σ管理现状进行了剖析，并对6σ在中国的发展进行了展望。The significance of the 6σ management to enterprises, its basic concept, as well as the organization form and process when implementing it, are introduced in this paper. Besides, the current situation of 6σ management in China is analyzed, and its development in China is anticipated.
