New Development of Dyeing Technology in Domestic and Abroad

摘　　要：为了适应现代染色的"一次准"和"及时化"要求,各大公司纷纷推出了新设备、新工艺和新染料。文章介绍了新的染色设备,如短流程湿蒸轧染设备和低浴比环保型的染色设备和TONELLO成衣染色水洗设备;新的活性染料和分散染料进展;以及节水节能的生态染色工艺,如超临界CO2染色、电化学染色、微悬浮体染色和仿生着色等。In order to meet the requirements of right-first-time dyeing, various new dyeing machines, processes and dyestuffs are developed in the market. The paper introduces the new dyeing machines, such as short steaming pad dyeing machine, low-ratio environmental friendly dyeing machine and TONELLO Garment dyeing ＆ washing machine, and the recent progress of new types of reactive dyestuffs and disperse dyestuffs. The developing eco-dyeing processes are put forward, such as supercritical carbon dioxide dyeing, electrochemical dyeing, micro suspension dyeing and bionic coloration.
