摘　　要：法治是实现社会和谐治理的最基本保障,更是实现社会和谐治理的根本途径和主要手段。当前我国在法治建设上的不足严重影响了社会和谐治理的实现,因而必须采取完善法律法规体系、培育民众的法治观念、,完善社会监督等途径,促进社会的和谐治理。Rule of law is not only the most basic measure of the harmonious governance, but also the elementary way and major means to realize the harmonious governance. Nowadays, the insufficiency of legal- construction in our country has seriously restricted the realization of the harmonious governance. Therefore, measures must be taken to perfect the legal system, cultivate the legal ideology of the people, and perfect the social supervision so as to promote the harmonious governance of the society.
