无铬鞣山羊鞋面革工艺的研究

摘　　要：采用改性戊二醛、改性栲胶、合成鞣剂等无铬鞣剂,通过正交试验,优化出了多种鞣剂结合鞣制山羊鞋面革的无铬鞣制工艺。所得坯革的收缩温度达到90℃,革身丰满、柔软、有弹性,粒面平整、细致,有较好的耐拉伸和抗撕裂性能。坯革物理机械性能基本达到山羊鞋面革的性能要求。Through orthogonal test, chrome - free tanning technology of goatskin shoe upper leather with chrome - free tan-ning agents such as modified glutaraldehyde, modified vegetable tannin and syntans was studied. The crust leather is plumpy and soft with good resilient, tensile and tearing resistance, and the surface is even and subtle. The Ts is over 90℃. Physical and me- chanical properties of crust leather are up to the criteria for goatskin shoe upper leather.
