铬鞣剂中铁的脱除方法研究

摘　　要：以红矾钠为原料,蔗糖为还原剂,制备了碱式硫酸铬。在常温条件下,利用有机螯合剂与碱式硫酸铬溶液中的铁离子的螯合反应,使其生成不溶于水的有机沉淀物,以达到除铁的目的。所制得的碱式硫酸铬的三氧化二铬的质量分数为25.60%,铁离子的质量分数由0.231%降低至0.005%以下。A new technology for preparation of basic chromium sulfate, using sugar as a reductive agent to sodium dichromate,was introduced. The iron ion in the production of basic chromium sulfate was removed by organic complex agent. Results shew that the chromium oxide content in the basic chromium sulfate is 25.6%, and the iron content is less than 0. 005%.
