结合型鱼油磷酸酯加脂剂的合成及应用

摘　　要：∶鱼油与乙醇胺在110℃下进行酰胺化反应5h,得到改性鱼油,然后在60～70℃条件下与自制的磷酸化试剂反应4h,使磷酸化改性鱼油中的磷酸单酯含量在65%以上,再中和至pH为6.5～7.0,最后复配成复合加脂剂。该加脂剂用于皮革加脂,成革具有革身柔软、不油腻、弹性好的特点。Modified fish oil was prepared with fish oil and ethanolamine as raw materials at 110℃ for 5h. The phosphorylated modified fish oil was prepared with the above modified fish oil and phosphorylating agent as raw materials at 60 - 70℃ for 4h. The MAP content of the phosphorylated modified fish oil is above 65%. The combined fatliquor was obtained by adjusting the pH value to 6.5 - 7.0. After fatliquored by the combined fatliquor, the leather is soft and elastic without greasy.
