高频电波刀治疗宫颈疾病573例临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨用高频电波刀治疗宫颈疾病的临床应用价值。方法:从2003—08～2005—10我院采用美国ELLMAN国际公司3.8Mh的高频射频电波刀,对573例宫颈疾病患者进行治疗,与传统的微波治疗技术在手术时间、费用、手术并发症、预后等方面相比较。结果:手术时间平均(5.5±23.2)min,局部不适发生率低(11.5%),治疗效果好,满意度高(95.3%),同对照组相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05),而且继发出血和术后感染少。同时提供良好的物理诊断标本。对宫颈疾病的诊断有一定的价值。结论:高频电波刀技术安全、手术操作灵活简便,应用范围广,损伤小,预后好,能提供术后病理诊断,是目前治疗宫颈疾病的良好方法。Objective： To evaluate loop electrosurgical excision procedure （LEEP）in the treatment of cervical diseases. Methods： Five hundred and seventy-three patients with cervical diseases underwent LEEP in clinic from Aug. 2003 to Oct. 2005 were analyzed retrospectively. All the paients were treated by excision of 5mm outside from the outskirts of the cervical lesions following cytology, colposcopy and biopsy, we calculated the cure rate ,the operative time, bleeding volume and patients reaction. Results：The mean operative time was （5. 5±2. 2）minuters. The cure rate of LEEP was 95. 3%. Lower secondary bleeding and post--operative infection occurred. All these surgical specimens were checked successfully for pathology diagnoses. Conclusion：The advantages to use the LEEP to management of the cervical diseases include its simpleness, safety ,short operative time, less bleeding, less vaginal discharge ,and high cure rate. LEEP can offer intact sample for pathological diagnosis, and has special value for the diagnosis and treatment of uterine cervix.
