摘　　要：高层建筑因其功能需要经常采用转换结构,本文对几种转换结构的优缺点进行了分析,结合某工程自身特点,设计选择了桁架转换。文章详细探讨了在该高层建筑中转换层设计的一些设计和构造措施。另外,利用ETABS软件对该桁架转换结构进行了计算分析,对比原有SATWE软件分析结果,得出了桁架转换结构设计一些有益的结论。Transfer structures are frequently used in the tall buildings for the needing of function. This paper has analysed the advantage and shortcoming of some transfer structures. Associating with the feature of an Project, transfer truss is selected. The paper has researched carefully on some measures of design and constitution for design of transfer storey in the tall building. Furthermore, ETABS has been used to calculate and analyse the structure with truss transfer in this paper. Contrasting with the analysed result of SATWE, some useful conclusions are obtained for design of the structures with truss transfer storey.
