摘　　要：本文利用在一定ｐＨ值和浓度下，蛋白质与表面活性剂相互作用形成复合物产生沉淀的原理，研究了蛋白质对表面活性剂的吸附关系，并由此发展了在一定浓度范围内。The complex, formed by protein and surfactants, is precipitated at a certain pH and concentration. With the help of this property, two methods, titrimetry and surface tension methods, have been proposed to measure the adsorption of SDS by C.K. The results show that these methods are proper for the case.
