摘　　要：沟通顺畅是伙伴合作的重要目标,也是解决建筑业行业效益低、工作效率差、利益相关者间对抗性强的有效途径。文章介绍了国际建筑业伙伴合作一般性的模式化程序,分析了中国建筑业伙伴合作现状。在此基础上,结合建设行业惯例、文化等影响要素,提出了中国建筑业伙伴合作实施的若干建议。As an effective approach to settle the problems of dissatisfactory benefit, low efficiency and strong antagonism in construction industry, improved communication is one marked target of construction partnering. At the beginning of this paper, a stylized process of construction partnering is given, which is followed by many successful construction projects allover the world. Then the present situation of construction partnering in China mainland is introduced. Based on the status quo, suggestions of getting benefits from construction partnering in China mainland are discussed.
