摘　　要：在高等教育大众化发展阶段,必须加强地方高校辅导员队伍建设。一要明确角色定位,优化队伍结构,拓展辅导员多样化发展空间;二要创新培养模式,完善培养机制,着力提升辅导员的专业素质;三要完善管理体制,优化成长环境,培养辅导员的职业成就感。We are confronted with the problem of strengthening the faculty of political instructors in local universities in the popularized phase of higher education.This paper mainly deals with three issues:optimality of the faculty,reform of training models and improvement of management;and several suggestions are put forward accordingly.
