摘　　要：本文分析了IEC60870-5-101远动规约遵循的传输规则、帧格式和参考模型,详细介绍了该规约在电网监控培训系统中的设计和应用。The principle analyses transmission procedures,frame format and architecture reference model of IEC60870-5-101 telecontrol protocol.The design and application of the protocol in the studying and training system of electric power network monitoring and controlling are introduced in detail.
