摘  要:为满足工业测量现场的实际需要,同时克服以往CCD驱动电路的缺点,本文设计和开发了一个新的线阵CCD驱动电路。该电路主要采用了CPLD器件,同时充分发挥其"可编程"的技术特性,为用户提供了丰富的接口信号。本文详细介绍了该驱动电路的驱动时序的设计思想。实验结果表明:在该驱动时序作用下,驱动电路可以完全正常工作。A new linear CCD driver is designed in order to meet the measurement requirements in engineering fields and get rid of the disadvantages of the previous CCD drivers. This driver is developed on the basis of CPLD and the rich interface signals are provided for users with the help of the programmable technology of CPLD. Its key features, principle and design ideas of the timing sequence are presented in detail. It is proved by experiments that this CCD driver completely meets design requirements. The whole measurement system can work well and its precision meets requirements when this driver is integrated into another measurement circuit.
