摘 要:为了确保电机具有高的功率因数和良好的工作性能,通过理论计算和实验研究分析了直线压缩机驱动电机功率因数的几个重要影响因素,如角频率比、阻尼比.数学模型包含了机械系统、电磁系统以及压缩气体的热力学系统,为简化计算,对该模型进行了线性化处理.计算和实验结果显示,工作频率和阻尼比是最重要的影响因素.当电机工作频率位于机械系统共振频率附近时,功率因数具有极大值,随着阻尼比的增加,高功率因数区域变大.空载和带负载条件下的实验结果与理论分析基本一致。最高功率因数都在0.96以上.Main effect factors on the power factor of driving motor used for linear compressor were analyzed to ensure high motor performance,including radian frequency ratio and damping ratio.Linear processing of the mathematical model describing mechanical system,electromagnetic system and thermodynamic system was carried out to simplify the calculation.Calculation and experimental results showed that operating frequency and damping ratio were the most important effect factors;the maximum power factor was obtained when operating frequency was near the mechanical resonant frequency;high power factor section was enlarged with increasing damping ratio.The experimental results agreed well with the analytical solutions when the piston was with load or without.All the highest power factors were above 0.96.
