摘　　要：Windows CE是微软公司专门为嵌入式市场设计,为快速建立下一代小内存占用的设备提供的一个健壮的实时操作系统。Windows CE是一个简洁的,高效率的多平台操作系统,它的模块化设计使用户可以根据设备的需求进行定制。本文介绍了Windows CE嵌入式操作系统的开发特点及定制方法,着重论述了智能小区广告机的设计过程及其实现的关键技术。Microsoft Windows CE was designed specifically for embedded market, which is a robust real-time OS built for the next generation of small memory occupied equipment. Windows CE is a simple and highly efficient multi-platform operating system ,its modular design allows the user based on the demand for customized equipment. This paper introduces the features of Windows CE embedded operating system and the development of customized, focuses on the design process of the Intelligent Community Advertising and its key technology.
