摘　　要：在室温条件下分三组培养发头裸腹氵蚤（ＭｏｉｎａｉｒｒａｓａＢｒｅｈｍ），以１．２５×１０６ｃｅｌｓ／ｍｌ酵母液为培养液。设Ａ组为对照组，Ｂ组每天更换１０ｍｌ培养液，Ｃ组始终不给予光照。结果是Ｂ组食物浓度过高，种群增长受较明显的抑制，表现为个体数少、寿命短、怀卵期延长。培养期间不给光照的Ｃ组。The primary purpose of this experiment was to investigate the correlation between population growth of Moina irrasa Brehm and food concentration as well as light. Under ambient temperature, Moina irrasa Brehm were fed by yeast liquid with a density of 1.25×10 6 cells/ml. Group A was taken as the control . In Group B, 10 ml of the medium was replaced every day, and Group C was provided no light. The results of investigation showed that food density in Group B was so higher that the population growth was apparently held back, with decreased number of individuals, shortened life span and prolonged egg holding period. Population growth of Group C was also poorer than that of the control.
