摘　　要：设计了一款比较器,它用于控制流过同步整流器的电流。该比较器根据输出电压调整阈值,以解决工作在PWM模式下的DC/DC开关电源管理芯片轻载时,需要少量输出反向电流问题。A comparator is designed in this article, whose threshold voltage is adjustable to load currents. This comparator is applied to sense the current flowing through the synchronous rectification used in the DC/DC switching power supply. It adjusts the threshold voltage according to the output feedback voltage to permit small amounts of reverse current to flow from the output during light loads in PWM mode.
