摘 要:目的自制H4SiW12O40(硅钨酸)-PAn(聚苯胺)环境友好催化剂并进行有机物合成应用研究。方法通过FT-IR,XRD和TG/DTA手段对自制催化剂进行表征,以苯甲醛和1,2-丙二醇为原料合成4-甲基-2-苯基-1,3-二氧戊烷,探讨H4SiW12O40-PAn催化剂对缩醛反应的催化活性,较系统地研究了原料量比,催化剂用量,反应时间诸因素对产品收率的影响。结果在n(苯甲醛)/n(1,2-丙二醇)=1/2.0,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的0.5%,环己烷为带水剂,反应时间45 min的优化条件下,4-甲基-2-苯基-1,3-二氧戊烷的收率可达87.4%。结论实验结果表明,H4SiW12O40-PAn是合成苯甲醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛的良好催化剂。Aim To prepare a new environmental friendly catalyst, H4SiW12O40 PAn and it is used to organic synthesis reactions. Method FT-IR, XRD and TG/DTA were used to identify the new environmental friendly catalyst, then it was used to the catalytic synthesis reaction of 4-methyl-2-phe- nyl-1, 3-dioxolane from benzaldehyde and 1, 2-propanediol. The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and the best conditions were found out. Results The optimum conditions are: molar ratio of benzaldehyde to 1, 2-propanediol is 1 : 2.0, the quantity of catalyst is equal to 0.5% of feed stocks, and the reaction time is 45 min and its yield can reach 87.4 %. Conclusion H4SiW12O40-PAn is an excellent catalyst for synthesizing 4-methyl 2-phenyl-1, 3-dioxolane.
