摘　　要：社会公众知识产权意识的基本状况,是知识产权宏观管理和科学决策的基础。对广东省29个城市管理人员及18所高校大学生的调查显示,社会公众对知识产权有了一定认识,但总体上知识产权意识还相当欠缺。这就要求我们加强知识产权宣传、立法工作,严厉打击侵权行为,大力推进知识产权战略。The basic situation of the intellectual property rights awareness among the public is the basis of macro-management of and scientific decision-making concerning intellectual property rights, A survey of administrative personnel in 29 cities and students in 18 colleges in Guangdong reveals that although the public has some knowledge of intellectual property rights, there is a general lack of intellectual property rights awareness. This situation requires us to strengthen the publicity of intellectual property rights, legislation, and crackdown on property rights infringement, and to vigorously push forward the strategy of intellectual property rights.
