摘　　要：根据毕业资格审核数据库结构的要求,分析了相关数据库的结构特点,提出了利用Excel实现不同类型数据库间信息共享的处理方法,阐述了具体操作步骤.实践表明,该方法操作简便,而且可推广到其它类似的数据库管理中.According to the requirements of the structure of the database for examining graduation qualifications,the structural characteristics of related databases are analyzed.An information treatment method to be shared by different types of databases for graduation qualification by using Excel is put forward and.the operation steps are described.Practice shows the operation method is easy and convenient and can be expanded to the management of other similar databases.
