摘  要:对比研究了高温合金样件晶粒度对其加工性能的影响。主要对晶粒细化情况和细化晶粒后高温合金加工性能的变化情况分别进行实验研究,重点通过铣削力测试和加工后表面粗糙度测试实验,分析晶粒大小不同的高温合金试样加工性能变化,以此说明晶粒细化的实际意义。实验结果显示,晶粒细化可使铣削力降低50%多,表面粗糙度Ra可从最初的3·135μm减小到0·83μm。因此得出通过细化晶粒组织可以有效提高高温合金的加工性能。最后对实验结果进行了分析,并对主铣削力与晶粒大小的关系进行了曲线拟合,得出主铣削力与晶粒大小关系近似服从三次多项式。In this paper, the influence of grain refinement to machinability of Superalloys is studied through contrasting different grain. The main task of this paper is studying on the grain refinement of sample and the change of working properties of Superalloys after grain refinement, two things have been done to test working refinement. In order to show the reality of grain properties of different grain of sample. One is testing the force of milling, the other is testing the roughness of the milling surface. The outcome of this experiment reveals that after grain refinement the force of than the first, the rou of Superalloy is much main force of milling milling of sample is reduced more 50 percent ghness was reduced from 3. 1351μm to 0.831μm. Therefore,the working properties improved through refining the grain. In the end, cure fitting is done about the and grain size, the result is 3 polynomial.
