摘  要:相对于其他基于弹簧-质点模型的曲面展开算法,本文提出了改进的曲面展开方法:首先,采用三角面片模型来表达三维曲面;其次,基于能量的弹簧质点模型将三维曲面展开为二维面片,在此模型中,面料的经纬向的机械性能替换原有的弹簧力.该改进算法能有效解决复杂不可展曲面的展开问题,尤其是对于服装曲面.相对与其他展开算法,由于引进了材料的机械性能,本文提出的算法对于解决CAD/CAM中相应的曲面展开问题更具启发性.This paper presented an improvement method for three-dimensional surface flattening, compared to other surface flattening algorithms based on spring-mass model. First, triangular facet model was used to present a complex surface, and then a spring-mass model based on energy function was used to flatten the 3D mesh surfaces into 2D patterns. In this spring-mass model, fabric mechanical properties were used to replace spring force. The method presented here could solve flattening problems for complex surfaces efficiently, especially for clothing surface. Compared to other surface flattening methods, this method enlightened the way for solving surface flattening problems in CAD and CAM.
