摘　　要：在分析目前高校晋升机制问题的基础上,构建了双阶梯晋升模式,并建立了基于双阶梯晋升通道的灰色模糊评判模型,为高校以及高校专业技术人员进行最优通道选择提供科学依据。Based on analyzing the problems of current promotion pattern in college, the dual-ladder promotion model is presented, and at the same time the gray-fuzzy evaluation model is established which is to provide a scientific base for all the universities and their professionals with optimal decision.
