摘　　要：随着移动商务在企业应用领域中渗透,作为桌面型客户关系管理系统在移动终端上的扩展——移动客户关系管理(简称移动CRM)可以突破时空限制,随时随地实现客户关系管理.本文设计了一种基于J2ME智能客户端的移动客户关系管理应用解决方案,既能在线交互又可离线操作的智能客户端技术,对国内中小企业实施移动客户关系管理应用具有一定的参考意义.With the mobile commerce is penetrated in enterprise application field, mobile Customer Relationship Management （be called mobile CRM ） is the expansion on mobile client as table Customer Relationship Management system which can break through the restrictions of time and space, and realize Customer Relationship Management at any time and anywhere. In this paper, a solution of mobile CRM based on J2ME smart client is realize technology of smart client that customers can operate operation off-line and online. The suggested solution based on J2ME smart client for mobile CRM has some reference value to the small and medium-sized enterprises that are to deploy mobile CRM applications.
