摘　　要：INTRODUCTION Ganoderma lucidum(Fr.)P.Karst.,a species of higher fungus called'Lingzhi'in Chinaor'Reishi'and'Mannendake'in Japan,has been used in the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for prevention andINTRODUCTION Ganoderma lucidum （Fr.） P. Karst., a species of higher fungus called ＂Lingzhi＂ in China or ＂Reishi＂ and ＂Mannendake＂ in Japan, has been used in the traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） for prevention and treatment of various kinds of diseases, such as cancer, hepatopathy, arthritis, hypertension, neurasthenia, chronic hepatitis, and gastric ulcer CYang et al., 2000; Hsieh ＆ Yang 2004; Song et al., 2004）.
