常规药物流产方案配伍芳香化酶抑制剂终止早孕的预试验研究

摘　　要：目的：比较常规药物流产方案配伍芳香化酶抑制剂与常规药物流产方案的差异性。方法：对66例确诊早孕（闭经天数为42~49天）并要求终止妊娠的健康妇女,按就诊顺序随机双盲分为两组,每组33例。以常规药物流产方案作为对照,观察两种方案的流产效果、出血时间、出血量及副反应。结果：观察组完全流产率90.9%,对照组完全流产率90.6%,两组流产效果差异无显著性（P〉0.05）;观察组与对照组相比：孕囊排出时间短（P〈0.05）,阴道流血持续时间短（P〈0.05）,且流产后出血量亦较少（P〈0.05）。结论：芳香化酶抑制剂—氨鲁米特与米非司酮、米索前列醇合并用于抗早孕,具有一定的协同作用,亦不增加副反应。Objective：To compare the difference between conventional drug abortion protocol and the same protocol combined with aromatase inhibitor. Methods：66 early pregnancies were randomly divided into the combined drug protocol group as the observe group and the conventional protocol group as control, Each group had 33 cases, The abortive effect, bleeding time and amount as well as side effects were recorded, Results：The complete abortion rate was 90,9% and 9016% in the observe group and control group respectively （ P 〉 0.05）. Average lasting time of abortion process is shorter in observe group than that in control group（P〈 0,05）. The average bleeding time of observe group was shorter （ P 〈 0.05）. The average amount of post - abortion bleeding in observe group is also less （P〈 0.05）. Conclusions： Aromatase inhibitor aminoglutethimide combined with mifepristone and Misoprostol used for early pregnancy termination has certain synergism and does not increase side effect.
