摘  要:本文报告了四川省华支睾吸虫病流行病学调查结果。在抽样调查的90个县中,55个县证实为华支睾吸虫病流行区,分布于东经103~107.5°,北纬29~32°之间的农业区。一度流行县(感染率<1%)12个县(21.8%),二度流行县(1~10%)33个县(60.0%),三度流行县(10~20%)10个(18.2%)。人群感染率为4.33%(7936/183203),估计全省感染者约200万人。主要第一中间宿主的感染率;纹沼螺为1.33%(507/38189),赤豆螺为0.32%(235/73345)。第二中间宿主共有7科25种淡水鱼,其中鲤科鱼19种。具有代表性的麦穗鱼感染率为45.6%(3554/7789)。保虫宿主感染率,猫为42.29%,犬2559%,猪3.53%。四川省华立睾吸虫病的流行特点是;①青少年感染率高于成人,感染者占总感染者2/3左右,随年龄增高感染率逐渐下降.②丘陵地区流行程度远高于平坝与山区。③野生鱼种──麦穗鱼在传播疾病中起重要作用。The paper reports the results of epidemiology of clonorchiasis sinensis in Sichuan Province. 55 out Of 90sampling counties have ben condrmed to te edndemic areas of clonorchiasis distributing in vast rural areas between 103-107. 5°E and 29-32°N, in which 12 countie8(21. 8% ) classified as Grade I(infection rate <1 % ) endemic areas, 33 counties (60. 0% ) as Grade II(infection rate 1-10%) and 10 counties (18. 2%) as Grade Ⅲ(infeCtion rate 10-20%). The human infection rate reached 4. 33% (7936/183203) and 2 million human infections were estimated in whole provime. The iofection rates of first interndiste hosts were 1. 33%(507/38189) in Pathendus botIdus, 0. 329% (235/73345) in Bithynia fuchsianus. 25 species of 7 families of freshwater fishes were proved to be the second interedate hosts in which 19 species belonged to Cyprinidae. The infection rate of Pseudorasbora parva, a typical speies of freshwater fish in transfortting clonorchiasis in Schuan reached 45. 63% (3554/7789). The iofection rates of reservoir hosts were 42. 29% in cat, 25. 59% in dog, 3. 53% in pig. The epidendological characteristics of clonorchiasis in Sichuan were: (1) The human in fection rate decreased as the age increased. The infection rate of teen-agers constituted 2/3 of the total and was much higher than that of adults. (2) The prevaleoce intensity in hilly areas was much higher than that in plain and mountainous region. (3) Pseudorasbora parva-a wide species of fish played an important role in transmitting the disease.
