摘  要:目的:建立经胸高频超声心动图评价大鼠心室结构和功能的方法学。方法:对24例正常大鼠心脏进行高频超声心动图检测,并与尸解结果对照。结果:高频超声心动图可清晰显示正常大鼠心脏结构、二尖瓣和主动脉血流图,其左室近似椭圆体,二维超声测量的左室舒张末期内径、容积和左室重量与尸解实测结果非常接近(超声测值分别为:064±005cm、03±006ml、099±015g;尸解测值分别为:072±004cm、032±009ml、10±012g),差别均无显著意义(>005)。结论:高频超声心动图可用于评价正常大鼠心脏的结构和功能。PURPOSE:To evaluate vetricular structure and function in rats, twenty-four normal rats were studied with high frequency ultrasound. The result of ultrasound was compared with that derived from autopsy. The ventricular structure, mitral valve and aortic flow could be satisfactorily imaged by high frequency ultrasound. The shape of left ventricle was almost like to ellipse. There were no significant difference among left ventricular end-diastolic internal dimension, left ventricular end-diastolic volume, left vetricular weight measured by ultrasound and those measured by autopsy (0 64±0 05cm,0 30±0 06ml,0 99±0 15g respecitvely measured by ultrasound; 0 72±0 04cm,0 32±0 09ml,1 00±0 12g respectively measured by autopsy). The high frequency transthoracic ultrasound can be used to assess ventricular structure and function in rats.
