摘  要:目的:探讨Ezrin蛋白、CD44-v6的表达对食管鳞癌的诊断价值。方法:应用组织芯片技术进行免疫组织化学法(SP法)检测76例食管鳞状细胞癌患者组织标本及癌旁正常鳞状上皮中Ezrin蛋白和CD44-v6的表达情况,结合临床相关因素进行统计学分析。结果:76例食管癌旁正常鳞状上皮中Ezrin蛋白表达阳性35例(46.1%);CD44-v6的表达阳性19例(25%),而在76例食管鳞癌组织中Ezrin蛋白表达阳性69例(90.7%),CD44-v6的表达阳性55例(72.4%),有淋巴转移患者的Ezrin蛋白、CD44-v6阳性率高于无淋巴转移患者(P<0.05);随肿瘤分化程度的降低,CD44-v6的表达阳性率逐渐增加。Ezrin蛋白与CD44-v6同时表达52例患者中淋巴结转移率高达67.3%,而Ezrin蛋白与CD44-v6同时不表达的7例患者中均无淋巴结转移。结论:利用组织芯片技术联合检测Ezrin蛋白、CD44-v6的表达有助于综合判断食管癌的恶性程度和转移潜能。Ezrin蛋白有望成为判断预后的新指标。Objective: To study the value of the expressions of proteinum Ezrin and CD44-v6 in diagnosis of esophagus squamous carcinoma. Methods: The expressions of proteinum Ezrin and CD44-v6 in 76 cases including the normal squamous epithelium and esophagus squamous carcinoma were detected by organism array technology in progressing immunohistochemistry (SP method). Statistics analysis was performed with the clinical correlation factors. Results: Thirtyfive cases were positive in the expression of proteinum Ezrin accounting 46.05% and 19 cases were positive in the expression of CD44-v6 accounting 25% in 76 cases of the normal squamous epithelium beside the carcinoma. Sixty-nine cases were positive in the expression of proteinum Ezrin accounting 90.7% and 55 cases were positive in the expression of CD44-v6 accounting 72.4% in 76 cases of the esophagus squamous carcinoma tissue. The positive ratio of the expression of proteinum Ezrin and CD44-v6 was obviously higher in the group of lymphatic metastasis than that in the group of no lymphatic metastasis (P 〈 0.05). The positive ratio of the proteinum Ezrin expression increased gradually with tumor differentiated degree degrading. The ratio of lymphatic metastasis was 67.3% in 52 cases that both the expression of proteinum Ezrin and that of CD44-v6 were positive. There was no lymphatic metastasis in 7 cases that no expression in proteinum Ezrin and CD44-v6. Conclusion: To utilize the organism array technology detecting the expression of proteinum Ezrin and CD44-v6 in association is helpful to judge malignancy degree and metastasis potentiality of esophagus squamous carcinoma in synthesis. The proteinum Ezrin is hoped to be a new index to judge prognosis.
