足背外侧静脉穿刺溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨经足背外侧静脉途径输入溶栓药物治疗下肢深静脉血栓的护理方法和要点。方法32例下肢深静脉血栓患者,采用足背外侧静脉微量泵持续泵入溶栓药物行溶栓治疗,配合应用肝素钠、706代血浆、丹参等活血药物,结合临床护理、健康宣教、观察症状和体征了解溶栓效果。结果本组32例患者,显效12例,有效19例,无效1例。结论经足背外侧浅静脉穿刺溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓后,采取正确的临床护理,对提高疗效有重要作用。Objective To discuss the nursing care after the treatment of lower limb deep venous thrombosis by using thrombolytic drug from lateral dorsum of foot vein. Methods 32 patients with lower limb deep venous thrombosis were treated by using micropump pumping thrombolytic drug from lateral dorsum of foot vein,and administration of heparin sodium,706 artificial plasma and danshen root, in combination with nursing care,healthy guidance,observing the signs,symptoms and the effect of treatment. Results Of 32 cases, 12 cases were complete recovery, 19 cases were partial recovery and 1 case was noneffective. Conclusion Correct nursing care is important in the patients with lower limb deep venous thrombosis after thrombolytic treatment.
