摘  要:目的比较非晶体硒平板探测器DR与CR系统的胸腰段脊柱照片图像质量和解剖结构可见度。方法3位放射医师在显示器上分析30对胸腰段脊柱照片图像,每对图像分别用DR和CR系统获得,并有相同的曝光指数范围。采用5点记分法进行观察者评分,评价12个解剖结构的图像质量和可见度。结果2种系统的图像质量无显著性差异(P>0.05)。3个解剖结构(L1正位横突、T11侧位上下关节突和L1侧位棘突)的显示可见度,非晶体硒平板探测器DR系统优于CR系统(P<0.05)。其他解剖结构的显示可见度无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论非晶体硒平板探测器DR系统的胸腰段脊柱成像的图像质量和解剖可见度等于或优于CR系统。Objective To compare the imaging quality and the anatomic detail in thoracolumbar spine of amorphous selenium llat - panel detector digital radiography (DR) system and computed radiography (CR) system. Methods Three radiologists analyzed 30 pairs of spinal radiographs on video monitor(2048 × 2560 × 8bit). In each pair, the radiograph was obtained with DR system and CR system respectively at the same exposure index( EI). The imaging quality and the visibility of 12 anatomic structures were evaluated using a five - point scale. Resuits ( 1 ) There was no difference in the imaging quality between the two system ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; (2) For the visibility of 3 anatomic structures ( including transverse process of L1 on P - A positionlsuperior - inferior facet of T11 and spinal process of L1 on lateral radiography) , DR was significantly superior to CR ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The imaging quality and visibility of anatomic structures of DR were equal or superior to that of CR.
