数字化摄影在子宫输卵管造影中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨直接数字化摄影系统(Digital radiography)在子宫输卵管造影中的应用。方法:利用优维显300(Ultravist 300)为对比剂在DR系统下对317例子宫输卵管造影(Hysterosalpingography)进行图像采集和图像处理。结果:317例子宫形态均能满意显示,影像清晰,对比度好,符合诊断要求,其中子宫输卵管均正常58例(18.3%),单纯子宫疾患39例(12.3%),单侧输卵管梗阻128例(40.4%),双侧输卵管梗阻92例(28.9%)。结论:直接数字化摄影系统提高了子宫输卵管造影图像的清晰度和对比度,减少了医患双方的X线辐射剂量。Odjective： To evaluate the value of X- ray Direct Digital Radiography during hysterosalpingography （HSG） .Method： 317 cases hysterosalpingography were performed on Siemens MULTIX - DR with Ultravist 300 as the contrast agents, All the X ray appearence were analysed after all images were collected and postprocessed. Results： Normal uterus and uterine tube was found in 58 cases （ 18.3 % ）, simple uterine disease in 39 cases （ 12.3 % ）, unilateral uterine tube obstruction in128 cases （40.4%）, bilateral uterine tube obstruction in 92 cases （28.9%） .Conclusion： X- ray Direct Digital Radiography HSG is an important and accurate method for improving clearness and contrast of the images, and also it can greatly reduce the X - ray exposure doses received by patients and doctors during the radiography.
