摘　　要：目的探讨苯中毒工人外周血白细胞聚腺苷二磷酸核糖聚合酶〔poly(ADP-ribose)polymerase,PARP〕活力。方法分别用比色法和放射性标记方法测定42名苯中毒工人外周血白细胞PARP活力。结果比色法检测显示:苯中毒组外周血白细胞PARP活力为(7.79±2.09)×106U/L,高于对照组(6.40±1.64)×106U/L,差异有统计学意义(P=0.009);男性和女性工人的PARP活力差异没有统计学意义(P=0.390)。放射性标记方法检测显示:苯中毒组外周血白细胞PARP活力为(835.07±285.88)μmol.min-1.L-1,高于对照组(609.90±113.60)μmol.min-1.L-1(P=0.026),差异有统计学意义;男性和女性工人PARP活力差异也没有统计学意义(P=0.990);另外还显示苯中毒工人外周血白细胞PARP活力与工龄无显著相关性(r=-0.14,P=0.408)。结论不同方法检测均显示苯中毒人群外周血白细胞PARP活力比对照组的高,外周血白细胞PARP活力在苯中毒人群的健康监护中是值得重视的指标。Objective To research the activity of poly（ADP-ribose） polymerase （PARP） in peripheral white blood cells of chronic benzene poisoning patients. Methods The activities of the PARP in peripheral white blood cells of chronic benzene poisoning patients were measured by colorimetric and radiolabeled method. Results Colormetric findings showed PARP activities in the patient group were （7. 79 ±2. 09） × 10^6U/L, statistically higher than those in the control group（6. 40 ± 1.64） ×10^6U/L（P = 0.009） ; the result of PARP activities in the radiolabeled test of the patient group was （835. 07 ±285.88 ） μmol.min-1·L^-1, statistically higher than that of the control group（ 609. 90 ± 113.60 ） μmol·min^-1·L^-1 （ P = 0. 026 ） ; In above 2 tests, there were no differences between male and female of benzene patients in PARP activities （P = 0. 390 in colormetric test and P = 0. 990 in radiolabeled test）. There was no statistical correlation between benzene exposure and PARP activity（ r = -0. 14,P = 0. 408） in the radiolabeled test. Conclusion PARP activity in the patient group was statistically higher than that in the control group, and the activity of PARP in peripheral white blood cells may be used as an indicator for monitoring chronic benzene patients.
