摘　　要：作者学习了《美国热处理技术发展路线图》以后,得到了许多重要的启示,针对我国热处理装备技术创新若干问题作了认真的思考和探讨。主要包括热处理的节能和环保、滴注式气氛密封箱式多用炉的技术创新等。After studing 《A Roadmap of Heat Treatment Technology Development in USA》, we have got many important enlightenments, some problems about heat treatment equipment technique development were discussed, these problems mainly include the energy saving, environmental protection of the heat treatment and the technological innovation of the drip feeding sealed box allcase furnace etc.
