高工专机制专业人才培养方案的研究与实践

摘　　要：从转变教育观念、改革教学内容和优化课程体系出发,确立了高等工程专科教育机械制造及其自动化专业人才培养方案改革的思路、原则、措施和课程设置的总体思路和基本原则,按照"平台-模块-课组"三级指标体系设置模块化课程,构建了高工专机制专业人才培养方案体系。Starling with changing educalion ideas, reforming the teaching content, and optimizing curriculum system, this paper pointed out the ideas, rules, measures, total ideas of curriculum arrangement, and basic principle for the personnel training plan on machine manufacture and automation specialized of higher project training school. Basing on the style of platform-module-class group, it constructcd the system of talent person training plan in engineering colleges.
