假单胞菌感染对各种抗生素的耐药性分析

摘　　要：[目的]分析铜绿假单胞菌感染对不同性质抗生素的耐药情况,指导临床合理选用抗生素,有效控制感染。[方法]对临床分离的778株铜绿假单胞菌(pseudomnas aeruginosa,PA)进行药敏分析。[结果]PA对多种不同性质的抗生素高度耐药,对PA耐药率较低的抗生素主要有头孢他啶,头孢吡肟,亚胺培南。[结论]PA感染的药敏监测,对临床医生选用有效的抗生素具有十分重要的意义。[ Objective] To anylaze pseudomnas aeruginosa infection＇s drug resistance of all kinds of antibiotics and to instruct clinical reasonable selection of antibiotics. To control infection effectively. [ Methods ] We anylaze drug sensitivity of 778 Isolates of pseudomnas aeruginosa. [ Results ] PA resist strongly many kinds of antibiotics, Antibiotics of low resistance rate of PA were as follows ： CAZ, FEP, IPM. [ Conclusion] The drug sensitivity supervision of PA infection has important significance on selection of effective antibiotics for clinical doctors.
