摘 要:目的:探讨尿毒症维持性血液透析患者营养不良的防治方法。方法:152例维持性血液透析患者终末期给予营养疗法,利用主观整体评估法和客观营养指标判断营养不良的程度,制定防治措施。结果:152例维持性血透患者营养良好61例(40%),轻中度营养不良77例(51%),重度营养不良14例(9%)。三种营养不良程度的整体尿素清除率,蛋白质分解率,血肌酐值,血浆白蛋白和蛋白质摄入量差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同情况下透析患者营养学指标亦不同。结论:营养不良普遍存在于血液透析患者中,其影响因素很多,全面进行营养状况评价,采取合理的防治措施可提高患者的生活质量,延长生存期。Objective To investigate the correct ways for malnutrition in haemodialysis patients. Methods The nutrition status of 152 hemodialysis patients was evaluated with subjective global assessment and objective nutritional indices after trophotherapy. Results Of the 152 patients, 61 cases had good nutrition status (40%), 77 had mild and moderate malnutrition (51%) and 14 had severe malnutrition (9%). There was a statistic difference in protein resolution ratio, blood creatinine plasma-albumin and protein intaken in three groups (P〈0. 05). Objective nutritional indices were distinct among the different condition. Conclusion Malnutrition is common in hemodialysis patients with various factors. By using the nutrition treatment, the healthy of hemodialysis patients is improved.
