摘　　要：目的对上海市部分应届大学毕业生心理卫生状况调查分析。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90),对上海市547名应届本科毕业生心理健康进行评定。结果大学毕业生心理问题发生率为19.75%,主要表现在躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑等,均高于中国常模水平(P<0.05)。在焦虑和偏执上,男生平均分高于女生(P<0.05)。未签约组的躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑和偏执的分值高于已签约组。理科毕业生的心理健康水平高于文科类毕业生。结论大学生毕业生心理状况较差,应该引起有关方面的高度重视,积极开展大学毕业生心理健康教育,以提高毕业生的心理素质水平。Objective To investigate mental health status on a part of graduates in Shanghai. Methods SCL- 90 evaluation was adopted to exert tests on 547 graduates from a university. Results 19.75 % of the students had psychological problems, the main symptoms being somatization, obsession, depression, anxiety and so on. The score of psychological problem was higher than the national norm, The score of male student was higher than female student in anxiety and paranoid ideation. Psychological health level of the students of no sign up was lower than that of the students of sign up. Psychological health level of the students of arts was lower than that of the students of science. Conclusion Mental health status of the university students is not optimistic and should be taken seriously by the department responsible for the work. It is necessary for college student to receive mental health education to improve the mental health status for them,
