摘　　要：在我国，随着经济社会的发展，民办教育已进入了关键的转型期。转型期的民办教育面临新的机遇和挑战，如何促使民办教育继续向前发展，是当前教育工作者所关注的热点问题。本文站在全局的高度，从社会舆论环境、政策制定、政府行为、法律保障、自身建设方面，为促进民办教育和谐发展提供思路。With the development of economy and society, the private education increasingly ex-pands and enters the transitional period, which is essential to the private education. Now, it faces to the new opportunities and challenges. How to improve it is a hot topic of faculty and administration.This paper explores macroscopically the circumstance of society consensus, the policy making, the gov-ernment behavior, the law guarantee, itself construction, etc.
